Important Notice: Xcel Nutraceuticals products are produced from the highest and purest quality of herbs and plants obtain from around the world. During our manufacturing process we attempt to ensure that the natural activity of the ingredients is not lost. Because of this our finished products carry with them noticeable herbal aromas upon use, but this will dissipate generally an hour or two after application. If you are an individual who may be sensitive to unfamiliar herbal smells we strongly advise you to contact us if you have further questions before placing an order. Currently, we do not add deodorants, or fragrances to mask the natural aromas. Most fragrances are irritants to people who suffer from dermatitis and psoriasis of the skin and scalp. Our products were scientifically developed for the millions of people who have serious scalp problems and skin disorders and not necessarily marketed to those for mere recreational purposes.
Terms of purchase: Buyer agrees that they have read and understand that all Xcel Nutraceuticals products have associated with them herbal aromas and that if they have any questions or concerns they should contact Xcel Nutraceuticals. Buyer further agrees that delivery date of product to buyer could take up to 15 days from date of purchase (not including weekends and holidays). Clicking on the "Order Now" button below constitutes buyer's acceptance of these terms.
Return Policy: Xcel Nutraceuticals does not make or imply any money-back guarantee offers if product performance does not meet customer expectations. All individuals should read the "Terms of Purchase Notice" before proceeding to make a purchase. As is stated results may vary from individual to individual and testimonial results as contained on this site is not indicative any one individual expected results. Xcel Nutraceuticals will consider money-back or exchanges only if product is damaged during shipment or for incorrect orders. For incorrect orders made by purchaser customer is responsible for the shipping and handling charges. All inquiries should be in the form of writing and email to info@xcel-n.com within seven (7) days upon delivery of order. After the seven (7) day period it is assumed that customer is satisfied and has accepted the order as delivered. Each customer inquiry is taken on an individual basis and all decisions made are final at the discretion of Xcel Nutraceuticals.
